South East Asia’s Top Attractions

In addition to exciting theme parks, visitors will find a large zoo, an aquarium and a whole lot of other surprises.

No trip to South East Asia would be complete without pausing to check out Sentosa Island. Located in Singapore, this enchanting island is almost entirely dedicated to attractions. There are things for people of all ages to enjoy here, from nature trails to wide roller coasters.

The city of Siem Reap is perhaps best known for the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Angkor Wat. While this magnificent world wonder is simply stunning for adults, children may find simply wandering around temple ruins all day rather dull. However, there are plenty of ways that you can make this experience more interesting for them. These include cycling around the temples and seeing them from inside a helicopter.

Cambodia also boasts a number of beautiful beaches for visitors to unwind on for a while. Beach bunnies will want to check out the eight stretches of sand that can be found at Sihanoukville, which all lie alongside each other. When the kids get a little restless, you can make their day by taking them on a trip to the impressive watery attraction of Ream National Park.

After spending so much time admiring temples and scenery, it is time to get wild again. There is plenty for children to do in the Malaysian city of Kuala Lumpur. One of the main highlights here is an enormous indoor roller coaster, which is surrounded by shops for parents to enjoy.

The great thing about South East Asia is that it offers something for everyone. From gorgeous tropical islands to bustling cities, everyone will be able to find their own personal niche and something that inspires them.
